<h2>Singing in the New Year</h2>
<p>Relatedly, in addition to Questers,  I will soon be sending out a song I’ve written titled <strong>The List Miracle Song,</strong> and I hope you enjoy it.        –Talk about another <strong>Buffalo</strong> in the room.  I am so thankful for the <strong>confidence</strong> that the List has helped to give me.  I used to be so shy, that I would never even consider singing in public.</p>
<p>My <a title="My web designer" href="http://outcomemarketing.com/services/other-consulting/wordpress-website-setup/" target="_blank">web designer</a> <strong>Karilee Orchard</strong> and I have been talking about holding a <strong>Facebook Competition </strong>around this. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently taught an Advanced List Class, titled <strong>“The List and Your Health.”</strong> This is an area that many of us have fears about, especially when we are in a challenging situation involving our health.  I think this is a very important topic in these times, and I would like to review and share how to apply your List to health issues in depth.</p>
<p>Interesting enough, this is an area that often people either don’t word correctly, or forget to add to their Lists.  Perhaps this is because in a crisis &#8211; as I have so aptly demonstrated in my last <a title="Buffaloes in the room - or overcoming fear" href="http://therealitydynamicslist.com/marnies-musings/overcoming-fear/" target="_blank">buffalo post</a> &#8211; we don’t always think that clearly!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had a lesson in <strong>overcoming fear</strong> this summer, complete with photos, that I&#8217;d like to share.</p>
<p>I thought you would enjoy this photo of a Buffalo staring me down in Yellowstone National Park this summer.  He certainly caught my attention; as he turned towards my van and then headed straight towards us.  With <strong>“Buffalo Danger”</strong> signs everywhere, thoughts of “Think fast!” filled my mind.</p>
<p>“Roll up your window! Back up!”  I jabbered quickly to my traveling companion, as the huge buffalo neared our van.  And there sat my friend, just calmly smiling at the buffalo, and not moving an inch, as the rather menacing-looking buffalo moved nearer and nearer to us.  Then the buffalo was right beside us; I was expecting the worst, ready to jump out.</p>
<p>The buffalo gently turned and looked at us, and then calmly walked by.</p>

<p>Suddenly, the whole experience was over, and my friend and I just sat there looking and laughing at each other, reveling in the experience.</p>
<p>Onlookers cheered, telling us how lucky we were. Joining in the fun, my friend lifted his arm out the window, yelling out a celebratory “Yes!” of victory.  We then calmly continued our journey over the bridge, enjoying being celebrities of the moment.</p>
<h2>Overcoming Fear &amp; The List</h2>
<p>Next, I remember thinking, “Whew! That was close;” and then, <strong>“I am so lucky I have a List!”</strong> I remember thinking, &#8220;I should have known that the Buffalo wouldn’t hurt us.  We are both <strong>‘safe and secure at all times….’”</strong> What a lesson in <strong>“Don’t Go Beta</strong>;” or, in other words, not letting your fears get the best of you !  Also, I must say, I am so lucky that I have my traveling companion! (He prefers to stay anonymous.)</p>
<p>I thought I would share this experience with you, and I wanted to make the above the theme of this article.  So often we let our fears get the best of us, in many areas of our lives; and if we had that situation on our List, we would also be so much safer and calmer.</p>
<p>This could be a good time to ensure your list has support for overcoming fear and keeping you safe.</p>
<p>If you need a little help with overcoming fear and feeling safe in the world, I&#8217;ll be doing a 3 hour <strong>Advanced List Class</strong> in North Vancouver in on<strong> Sunday, Nov. 20<sup>th, </sup>in the evening.</strong> It&#8217;s important that you pre-register as there is limited seating. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello everyone:</p>
<p>Recently I received four emails about a call to pray for the ocean, put forth by Masaru Emoto, author of Messages from Water.</p>
<p>As I read his words , I was very appreciative, and yet I also felt a deep sense of concern.</p>
<h2>Praying For The Ocean</h2>
<p>First of all, let me say that I honor and applaud Masaru Emoto’s book detailing the wonderful influence of words on water. Indeed, I have always thought that his work would be a powerful proof for the workings of the List, especially proving the influence of words in shaping reality.</p>
<p>I also honor the positive intent of his prayer for the waters, his words of love and gratitude for them, and lastly his call for action for the nuclear situation in Japan.</p>
<h2>Being Careful Of The Wording</h2>
<p>Where I am concerned, however, is with several of his wordings, and his method of prayer.</p>
<p>Specifically, I am concerned about the words, “we are sorry to make you suffer.” Also, I am concerned about his method of having these words said three times and with hands together, especially when so many people are doing this.</p>
<p>Indeed, knowing how the subconscious mind works, I am very concerned that these words will create even more suffering for the oceans than has already been wrought upon them.</p>
<p>Essentially, Mr. Emoto has become aware of powerful ways to pray—but he is unaware of one key fact that is using this power in not so positive a way.</p>
<h2>Remember Your List Theory</h2>
<p>To review basic List theory, yes, our thoughts and words create our world, especially when they are paired with touch and repeated in sets of three. According to List theory, first of all, touch accesses the subconscious mind; and then the three-time repetition of our words gives our subconscious mind a direct command to do whatever follows!</p>
<p>The key fact, though, that Mr. Ammoto seems to be missing, is this.</p>
<h2>Our Subconscious Mind Is Very Literal</h2>
<p>List theory also states that the subconscious mind is very literal, and it does not think or judge. Therefore the words, “I am sorry to make you suffer,” repeated three times, and with hands together, can potentially create even more suffering than has already taken place.</p>
<p>Again, this is my deep concern.</p>
<p>So, knowing this, how can we, with our thoughts and words and with our Lists, correct or assist with this situation?</p>
<h2>Cancel and Rephrase</h2>
<p>First of all, what comes to mind for me, when you think of that particular part of Mr. Emoto’s prayer, is say, “Cancel, cancel, cancel!” &#8211;Yes, you can even cancel past events!</p>
<p>Also, I offer you these full and time-tested List wordings, for the waters of the Earth, and the air, and the soil.</p>
<h2>Some List Wordings To Try</h2>
<p>I am knowing that the waters of the Earth are healthy, clear and clean, in the best possible form and manner, to the mutual benefit of all, and in healthy and positive ways.</p>
<p>I am knowing air of the Earth is healthy and clean, in best possible form and manner, to the mutual benefit of all, and in healthy and positive ways.</p>
<p>I am knowing the soil of the Earth is healthy and clean, to the mutual benefit of all, in the best possible form and manner, and in healthy and positive ways.</p>
<h2>Please Share With Your Friends</h2>
<p>If you would like to share these wordings with your friends, whether they have an actual List or not, please do. (And at the same time, you could mention the List! The more people who have the List, the better place this world will be!)</p>
<p>As Mr. Ammoto says, these intentions, or prayers, or affirmations, whatever you choose to name them, are more powerful when said in sets of three. Share this too with your friends. I believe that they are much safer, however, when they are worded as above; and I believe that they’re also much more powerful when they are put on your Lists!</p>

<p><strong>Hi Everyone:</strong></p>
<p>For those who choose, I wanted to send out a quick email suggesting some <strong>List Wordings</strong> and <strong>Visualizations</strong> for the situation in <strong>Japan</strong><strong>,</strong> as well as some important <strong>Health Tips </strong>from<strong> </strong>Julie Ford.<strong> </strong>(Julie is a former Health Food Store owner, and is very well informed.)</p>
<p>Two days ago I added this wording to my List.</p>
<p><strong>“…having any of the nuclear power plants in </strong><strong>Japan</strong><strong> safe and secure at all times, functioning in the best possible form and manner, to the mutual benefit of all, easily….”</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Discussing with other List Alumni and Joe Timmreck we are also adding this wording,</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>“…having any of the nuclear power plants in Japan safe and secure at all times, functioning in the best possible form and manner, to the mutual benefit of all and for the benefit of the Earth, easily….”</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Lastly, and, more generally,</p>
<p><strong>“…having any of the nuclear power plants on the Earth safe and secure at all times, functioning in the best possible form and manner, to the mutual benefit of all, easily….”</strong></p>
<p>Joe and I were discussing these wordings together last night, because I was trying to add more wordings to get more specific (rods, core, etc.)  We both finally agreed, however, that it is often better to stay general rather than being too specific, so that we do not limit how the positive outcome can occur (right brain rather than left, and an end result, rather than a means.)</p>
<p>Please let us know, however, if you have any suggestions that you feel strongly about.  Trust your feelings!  Also, if you choose to put these statements on your List, remember to say your Color and Emotion afterwards, whenever you think about these situations.</p>
<p><strong>Health Tips:</strong></p>
<p>Julie tells me that Potassium Iodide can protect you very well from radiation effects.  This can be purchased in tablets at most Health Food Stores.  If they are sold out, sea weed is also high in iodine, and it can be purchased in packages at some Grocery Stores.  Kelp in tablet form is also quite common on the shelves, and it also contains iodine.  Miso for miso soup is also said to be helpful, and it is available at some Health Food and Grocery Stores.</p>
<p><strong>Visualizations:</strong></p>
<p>If you would like to visualize, remember that visualizations work best if you are in an alpha/theta brain wave.  Very briefly, take, hold for a count of three, and then slowly release three deep breaths.  On the first breath, look up, and on the rest, close your eyes gently and relax.  Then, to ensure that the visualization is positive and to the mutual benefit of all, visualize a gold ring.  (If you can’t do some of these instructions, just do what you can, and know that your subconscious is doing it all with and for you.)  Next, imagine (see) the end result picture of what you want: perhaps people cheering that the reactors are operating safely, cool, and that the people are safe now.  Hear, for example, related words. “We’re safe now!”  “Yes!”  Feel the positive feelings.  (Positive smells and tastes help too, if you can get them.)  Then, let the gold ring and the whole situation fill with a clear color, the first one that comes to mind.  (My first impression when checking this was that the clear color blue would be beneficial; but use your own first impression.)  Then, end the visualization by imagining something drawing between you and this visualization: golden velvet curtains, for example, or a fan.  Don’t feel like you need to know all the details of how a nuclear system works, because that too is left brain rather than right.  Use those details if it’s easy and feels right, but worrying too much about the details can limit what you are trying to achieve.  Our motto?  Simple and right brain is best!</p>
<p>I hope these tips are very helpful!  I’ll be returning from Vancouver  Island very soon (yes, I was in Tofino during the Tsunami Advisement!), and I look forward to hearing from you!  I need to keep this brief due to time constraints, but I will be in touch again soon.  Also, if you have any suggestions or questions, please give me a call.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>So Many Choices When You Have The List</h2>
<p>One thing about creating <strong>The List</strong> for yourself is that you realize the world is a rich, generous place where you have more choices than you may have previously recognized. This is showing up in my life as I try to choose exactly where I want to spend most of my time living.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve traveled a lot, and (often because of The List) I have friends in many cities, and sometimes I think I&#8217;d like to live in all of them!</p>
<p>Decisions, decisions. Should I buy a home, rent part time, sublet, maintain homes in more than one town? Perhaps I should buy an RV and live like the proverbial turtle, with my home trailing behind me as I travel with my guitar.</p>
<h2>What&#8217;s Important?</h2>
<p>Making decisions about how and where I&#8217;ll live is also bringing up stuff about how and where and with whom I&#8217;ll work. When you have too many choices, it&#8217;s a nice problem to have &#8211; it&#8217;s much better than having too few. I will have to update my list with the alternatives that sound best to me, and see which ones begin to manifest. With The List, I can trust that the results will be for the mutual benefit of all, in a healthy and positive way. The List takes care of that for me automatically.</p>
<h2>I Know I&#8217;ll Be Teaching The List</h2>
<p>One of the things I&#8217;m sure of is that in some way I&#8217;ll be teaching. Perhaps children, perhaps adult seminars, and perhaps even <em>you</em>! I know I&#8217;ll at least be teaching classes on <a title="Click here for The List Class Schedule" href="http://therealitydynamicslist.com/list-class" target="_blank">The List</a>. I&#8217;ll keep you up to date on this site, and I hope to meet you as I travel into your area. The List gives me so many opportunities to meet interesting new people, as well as old friends from years ago. The List has been around for over 35 years, so there are alumni of The List all across North America.</p>

<p>When you get to be around HANS as long as I have (28 years), you see the evidence of others in the fiber of who you are. Many people have influenced me over the years, and I hope to have a chance to mention more of them, but in this edition, I’d like to remember Jann Timmreck.</p>
<p>The way it all began was like this. 1983. With no central office, we were working out of our own homes. I had a call one morning from Bonnie G., who explained that she needed a location for an introductory meeting – a woman who taught The Reality Dynamics List was coming to town and could we use my home? Sure. Why not?</p>
<p>About twenty of us crowded into my basement suite, to listen to Jann Timmreck explain how The Reality Dynamics List works, and invite people to participate in the weekend workshop which followed.</p>
<h2>Cancel That Thought</h2>
<p>As a young mother, busy with children, it never really occurred to me that my thoughts were impacting and directing my life. I didn’t realize that when someone said “be careful, or you’ll fall down”, they were really saying “fall down”. Or that “I can’t stand it” told your subconscious body not to stand. The concept that we think these things all the time and are unaware of them is one thing. But the notion that we can actually monitor our thoughts was totally foreign to me. — That when you consciously realize that you’re having non-beneficial thoughts, you can cancel and change them. This was when “cancel that thought” or “cancel, cancel, cancel” very gratefully came into my role as a parent, and through osmosis, to HANS.</p>
<h2>Quality of Thinking</h2>
<p>When you think about someone and then they call, did you ever wonder what THAT was all about? When you worry about someone and see them in danger or being hurt, did you know that your worry and concern is a non-beneficial influence and has the ability to interfere? This kind of thinking is part of the logic which surrounds THE List.</p>
<p>There are lists and there are lists. We’re not talking about the list you make first thing in the morning for all the things you want to achieve today. We’re talking about a list for your life. When you start your list, you base it on what you want. To be healthy. To be safe &amp; secure. A car. What kind of a car? What colour? Two door or four? A boy/girl friend. Someone who satisfies your wants, needs or desires. A job that satisfies your wants, needs &amp; desires. And, it goes on.</p>
<p>The list works on the principle that what we attract to our lives is what we radiate. But here’s the thing. This isn’t like some developmental tools that becomes an affirmation which you then re-affirm each morning for the rest of your life. This is different. This is something that you define, and then soon put away.</p>
<p>What we learn, by going through this process, is more about ourselves and how much we’re like others, and yet, how different we are, too. On our quest to find out our life’s lessons, we learn why we have the lessons in the first place. Our passions make more sense and our acceptance of others becomes easier.</p>
<p>My own list has a lot about HANS on it and has had since 1983. I work with the belief that in a healthy and positive way and to the benefit of all, HANS is a source of the best possible, well-developed, well-respected and useful health information charity for the people of Canada.</p>
<p>The unwavering belief that HANS would be these things, with the support of wonderful people of the same mind, has kept me on the path in spite of enormous obstacles and doubts. I will be forever grateful to Jann Timmreck as one of the bright lights and inspirations in my life and the life of HANS, who gives us calm when the storm surrounds us. When we have our “With us in spirit” section on the website, Jann will be in it.</p>
<p>Jann learned what she taught through her own experience. As a young wife and mother of three, Jann Timmreck was a diabetic who required daily injections of insulin. The use of insulin came with a price and caused loss of sight. Add to this a life-threatening condition called Myasthenia Gravis and Jann had a bleak prognosis for her life. Jann refused to accept all the dire forecasts for herself, namely that she would always be sick and require insulin for her diabetes, never have any more children and that she would die young. Through her own research and inspired thinking, Jann was able to normalize her blood sugar (and stop using insulin), correct imbalances in her physical body which included regaining her sight, and teach the Reality Dynamics List Class for twenty-five years. Jann passed over after a very full married life and being the natural mother to four healthy and normal children.</p>
<p>We appreciate Jann more than these few words can say. Her teachings continue on at <a title="Reality Dynamics - Home Page - The List" href="http://therealitydynamicslist.com/">www.therealitydynamicslist.com</a> with Professional Member, Marnie Hancock.</p>
<p>I don’t know how many hundreds of lectures I’ve been to which explain how to have a better life. Have you heard the expression “cut to the chase”? If I was asked to select a few of the most valuable workshops I’ve ever attended, the Reality Dynamics List Class would be on that list.</p>

<p>Imagine having a tool that you use everyday -24/7! That&#8217;s what I&#8217;ve found that The List is. For years I had been struggling with limiting beliefs. Often not even conscious that&#8217;s what was holding me back from receiving and doing what I wanted.</p>
<p>Since doing my own List in July 2004, I&#8217;ve already seen some very positive shifts in my life. My relationship with my partner has become more loving and enjoyable. I&#8217;ve been accomplishing and completing goals more easily and enjoyably. Whenever I&#8217;m in a car driving or as a passenger I feel safe, easily, enjoyably and comfortably. Compared to what I&#8217;ve spent on all kinds of workshops I found the value of this workshop &amp; process immense.</p>
<p>The List is based on the concept that our sub-conscious &#8216;runs&#8217; us and our lives 24/7 whether we&#8217;re asleep or awake. It&#8217;s because of this that it&#8217;s such a powerful tool. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who&#8217;s tried many different methods to improve/change their lives with little success. It&#8217;s important that you take the time to apply the theory and actually work with The List. You need to adjust and change it so it evolves throughout your life just as you wants, needs and desires evolve.</p>
